Adil Shah built by then ruler of Bijapur sultanate.It is located on the banks of River Mandovi.
It used as Secretariat.Now Goa government is changing it into a Musium.

Mandovi River - Panjim
Mandovi River is life line of Goa State.It originates in western Ghats & flows 77 km before it empties into Arabian Sea.Mandovi & Zuari are two important rivers of Goa.
